The Women's Ambassador Mentoring Program (WAMP) was designed to attract and retain female students in the Aeronautical Science and Aeronautics programs.  The percentage of female pilots is 8% of total certificated pilots and 4.6% of Airline Transport Pilots.  The support provided by the WAMP to female flight students guides them through their flight training, provides networking opportunities, and informs female students on monthly mentoring topics.  Below, meet our upperclassmen mentors that will be working with the mentoring program this academic year.
