Visit the Daytona Beach Campus
As Embry-Riddle moves ahead into a phased re-opening of the Daytona Beach campus, we’re eager to welcome visitors! We’ll be following state and University guidelines to ensure safety, and all visitors will be expected to follow these guidelineswhile on campus.
Admitted students and their families will be given priority for visits. All visitors will undergo a wellness check, just as the current campus community does. Additionally, everyone on campus is required to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing.
Currently tours are offered at: 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Each tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. (Aviation Maintenance Science tours are only available at 11 a.m.) All visitors must comply with safety procedures that include completing a wellness check and wearing a face covering at all times. See complete policy here.
Current policy dictates that tours be limited in several ways to protect the health and wellbeing of the campus community. Student tour guides will lead each family individually and tours are limited to groups of five or fewer. Visitors will tour campus highlights, academic areas of interest, and will have the opportunity to meet with an admissions counselor.
Admitted students may request to meet virtually with a financial aid counselor during their visit.
Visitor parking is available behind the Henderson Welcome Center where the Admissions Visitor Center is located. If spots are full, visitors may park anywhere on campus.
ROTC briefings will resume later this year. Briefings are booked through the tour scheduler where you can register for available times:
- Army – 11 a.m.
- Air Force – 11:30 a.m. View the virtual briefing here!
- Navy – Noon
Groups of 10 or more cannot be accommodated at this time and all visitors must register before arrival.
There's no better way to help you decide if you're destined to be an Eagle. We look forward to seeing you soon!
