Residence Life Coordinators

The Residence Life Coordinators (RLCs) are typically entry-level staff with a master's degree in student affairs, higher education, counseling or a related field. Each RLC manages communities of 400-600 students and are specifically responsible for supervising Resident Advisors, Senior Resident Advisors, advising and mentoring students, responding to campus emergencies, and helping students become academically and socially successful.
