Housing and Residence Life is comprised of full-time, professional staff members that are responsible for overseeing various areas within the department. The professional staff work together to create an engaging on-campus experience for students living in the residence halls.

Residence Life Coordinators
The Residence Life Coordinators (RLCs) are typically entry-level staff with a master's degree in student affairs, higher education, counseling, or a related field. Each RLC manages communities of 400-600 students and are specifically responsible for supervising Resident Advisors, Senior Resident Advisors, advising and mentoring students, responding to campus emergencies, and helping students become academically and socially successful.
Residence Life Coordinator – New Residence Hall 1
Danielle joined the Embry-Riddle team in July 2019, after completing her graduate work. In 2017, she graduated from worked at Carnegie Mellon University as a Graduate Coordinator for Housing Services and Residential Education. Now, Danielle oversees New Residence Hall 1 and advises the hall council located in New Residence Hall 1.
Residence Life Coordinator – Adams Hall, Wood Hall, O’Connor Hall, and Stimpson Hall
Maelee joined the Embry-Riddle team in July of 2019. Before coming to Embry-Riddle, Maelee worked as a Graduate Hall Director at Texas A&M University, where she also completed a Master of Science in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education in May of 2019. Maelee also earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Western Kentucky University in 2017. Maelee oversees the Student Village.
Residence Life Coordinator – Apollo, Doolittle and Chanute Residence Halls
Ca’Netta is the new addition to the Embry-Riddle team. Before coming to Embry-Riddle, Ca’Netta worked as an Area Coordinator at Grambling State
University and attended Georgia Southern University. Ca’Netta completed her Master of Higher Education Administration with an emphasis in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education in May of 2020. Ca’Netta also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in psychology from Bethune-Cookman University in 2017. Ca’Netta oversees Apollo, Doolittle and Chanute Residence Halls.
