2022 Family Weekend at Daytona Beach
Online pre-registration has now closed. Families are welcome to attend and register at check-in on Feb 4 and Feb. 5.

Family Weekend is for current ERAU students to share their on campus experience and current projects with their families.

During Family Weekend, you’ll have the opportunity to walk in your student’s footsteps, learn about resources to help him/her succeed, and participate in family-friendly activities.

Note: Due to current construction projects parking on campus is limited and does not require a parking pass for this event. Carpooling with your student or utilizing local transportation options is strongly encouraged. Embry-Riddle does not provide shuttle service to campus.

COVID Protocols

To help keep everyone as safe as possible amid the pandemic, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has been following U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance. As the CDC advises, and consistent with on-campus policies, Embry-Riddle expects everyone, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, to wear face masks while inside campus buildings.

Family members have the opportunity to attend a class with their student at their professors’ discretion. Final class list will be provide at check-in.
 
11 a.m.-1 p.m. Campus Showcase

Join representatives from across campus to explore and engage with the university’s programs, initiatives, organizations and student services that support your student’s success. Lunch will be provided to the first 400 participants.

Visit your student’s favorite local restaurant or visit the new campus All-You-Care-to-Eat Boundless Dining inside New Residence Hall 2.

5-7 p.m. Skyline Social
Music by WIKD 102.5, pub-style games, and refreshments available for purchase in a relaxing atmosphere.

Purchase tickets for ERAU hosting Valdosta State.

Come cheer on the Embry-Riddle hockey club as they take the ice versus Florida State University. $8 Adult Ticket at rink.

Discount Theme Park Tickets

Discounted tickets for area attractions and theme parks are intended for purchase by the ERAU Community (student, staff, faculty) through the Recreational Sports Department. The office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. daily outside of University holidays.

It is advised to purchase tickets in advance due to limited quantities.

Please carefully read the instructions and information as everything is done online and with your credit card. Once you have completed the online process, you will receive a confirmation email with your order. When the order has been filled, you will receive another email notifying you that your ticket(s) is available for pickup. Please make sure that you add your students’ name when placing your order. Your student can then go to Room 102 at the ICI Center to pick up the actual ticket.

Tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please do not hesitate to call us 386-226-6530 before purchasing tickets to answer any questions, concerns, or logistics, which may include ticket availability or restrictions. The offerings do change, and Disney tickets are expected shortly.
