Students with an on-campus housing assignment (including Chanute Complex) for Fall 2025 will be given instructions on when their Fall room is move-in ready.
Students who will be living off-campus must vacate their residence hall room by Noon on Aug. 12 and return room keys by using the Express Check-Out envelopes provided by the drop boxes in each residence hall or in the Housing and Residence Life office in the Student Village. No extensions allowed.

Only students who will not be returning in Spring 2026 are required to vacate their residence hall room and return their key(s) using the Express Check-Out envelopes provided by the drop boxes in the residence halls or in the Housing and Residence main office in the Student Village.
Students who are leaving the university must complete a withdrawal form unless they have an approved off campus Co-op, Internship or Study Abroad plan set up with the university.
