New Student Orientation is a valuable opportunity to connect with your new community. You’ll learn about campus, student support programs, research and more! Attendance is required of all new students.

The complete orientation schedule can be found on the New Student Orientation website. Additionally, make plans to attend a welcome session hosted by the Graduate Student Council on Friday, August 22nd, 2025, from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in the Willie Miller Instructional Center, Room 101. Plan to stay for the Skyline Social in the Student Union immediately following.

Some academic units may also hold their own departmental orientations. Please contact your academic program coordinator to inquire about this.

You'll consult with your Faculty Advisor/Program Coordinator to register for courses if you have not already done so. You'll find contact information on your Campus Solutions Student Center Academic tile in ERNIE. You'll also find contact information on this page.

Your advisor may schedule a consultation during orientation to assist you, or you may reach out directly. Learn more about the class registration process.

As always, the Office of Graduate Admissions is here to assist you in your transition, so contact us if you have questions by emailing graduate.admissions@erau.edu, or calling 386-226-6176 or 386-226-6100.
