2023 National Intercollegiate Flying Association (NIFA) Competition
Region IX Champions for 40 Years!
The Embry-Riddle Eagles Flight Team competed in the NIFA SAFECON Region IX competition in November 2022. The team placed first in ground events, flight events and overall.
The Eagles Flight Team has taken home its 40th Regional Championship. The competition was held at Lakeland Linder International Airport (KLAL) in Polk County, and the event was hosted by the Aerospace Center for Excellence. Our hard work does not stop, as the 2023 SAFECON National Competition is just around the corner.
