Due to confidentiality concerns, current Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) regulations require a written request with the student's valid pen to paper signature for the release of a transcript.
You may request your official transcript through TranscriptsPlus. First time users will need to create an account, which can be used for initial and subsequent transcript requests.
Unofficial transcripts are available from the Office of the Registrar. Requests may be made in person, fax, or mail. Additional information may be obtained by contacting a Registrar Specialist in the Office of the Registrar at 386-226-6030 on Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
All financial obligations to the University must be paid before unofficial transcripts are released. Contact the Student Financial Services Department at 386-226-6285 for further information.
