Faculty, staff and currently enrolled students can make an appointment with Health Services Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Stacey Scrabis, for nutrition education and counseling in nutrition services.

The Student Health Services Fee included with tuition covers patient financial responsibility associated with Health Services visits.

Please note: Students, faculty and staff seeking nutrition services will need a referral from a Health Services provider before scheduling an appointment.

How to Be Seen

Call Health Services (386-226-7917) to schedule an appointment with our Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for an initial consultation with our Registered Dietitian. Students, faculty and staff will need to bring their current insurance card. Students will need to have a completed Medical Report Form on file prior to their first appointment. The Medical Report Form will be completed in the Health Services Portal.

During the first session, we will begin an assessment, discuss nutrition recommendations, and help you develop a plan to achieve your nutrition goals. After this, you are eligible to schedule follow-up appointments.
