Embry-Riddle’s Student Employment Office locates on- and off-campus jobs for eligible and interested students. Many of our students work part time.

Earnings can be used for personal expenses or saved to help with tuition. On-campus jobs in the library, labs,  cafeteria, Flight Line and various offices are available at convenient hours between classes, after classes, and on weekends. We also offer a large variety of off-campus employment in the local community.

On-campus employment is available to students regardless of financial need. Although, while adjusting to college life and trying to achieve a satisfactory grade point average (GPA). It is best for new students or freshmen not to work their first semester or to work no more than 10-12 hours per week.

If you are planning to work on campus, it is required that you provide original documents supporting your identity and eligibility to work in the U.S. Please see the FAQ’s when following the link to our website on ERNIE for samples of this documentation.
