College of Aviation

The College of Aviation degree programs meet the needs of aviation students of the 21st century and set the standard in high-level quality education demanded by the aviation profession. Our 100-plus faculty members and the courses in the COA's six departments — Aeronautical ScienceApplied Aviation ScienceAviation Maintenance ScienceFlight, and Graduate and Doctoral Studies — will prepare graduates to assume leadership roles in the global aviation industry and related fields. 

Meet the Dean

Dr. Tim Brady is a Professor in the Department of Doctoral Studies and Dean of the College of Aviation at the Daytona Beach Campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In this position, he is responsible for the academic and administrative leadership of the college.
