The Structures Laboratory is a well-equipped research facility for structural testing of small to medium-scale test samples and structural components.

The lab also supports research activities related to the development of smart structures, intelligent engineering systems, and cutting-edge structural evaluation techniques that offer significant advantages over existing approaches. It is capable of testing structural components under static and dynamic loading with controllable temperatures.

Equipment

  • 3-Axis hybrid marking laser
  • Electrodynamic shaker
  • Electromechanical universal test system
  • Scanning laser vibrometer
