When to pay

The $50 application fee is due when you submit the application.

The $200 tuition deposit is due when you receive an email confirming your admittance to the program. You must pay the tuition deposit before you can begin the visa process.

You will receive a bill at the beginning of each semester for courses and mandatory fees. If you live on campus, then housing and meals will also be on your bill. See the Student Financial Services website for payment deadlines.

Students should not purchase textbooks until after classes begin.

You can use a credit card or bank wire transfer to pay for tuition, fees, insurance, housing, and meals each semester. Learn more about methods of payments on the Student Financial Services website (ERNIE login required).

Students may purchase textbooks from the campus bookstore or through any online retailer (ex. Amazon).

All amounts shown above or in other university publications and webpages represent tuition and fees as currently approved. However, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University reserves the right to increase or modify tuition and fees without prior notice, upon approval by the Board or as otherwise consistent with Board policy and to make such modifications applicable to students enrolled at ERAU at that time as well as to incoming students.

In addition, all tuition amounts and fees are subject to change at any time for correction of errors. Finally, please note that fee amounts billed for any period may be adjusted at a future date.
