Leadership

Regardless of where you see your career path taking you in the future, being able to work efficiently within a group towards a common goal, learning to effectively express your opinion and being able to deal with conflict effectively are all skills that will help you in the future.

Leadership Programming has programs  designed to help you find your way to becoming a better leader in your student organization, in your classes and in your personal life.

Leadership Development Programs

  • The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to help first-year students navigate the world of leadership and prepare them to lead in the future.
  • The Leadership Education Series (LES) is a series of educational workshops on a variety of different topics, including personal leadership skills and working within a student organization. LES sessions are open to all ERAU students, and offer participants the opportunity to grow as individuals and members of student organizations.
  • Through the Student Leadership Conference, Embry-Riddle students have the opportunity to attend a full day educational conference. This low-cost event allows attendees the chance to choose from a variety of sessions about leadership topics.
  • The Leadership Resource Center is located in the Department of Student Activities & Campus Events. Students may check out a variety of resource materials, including books, videos, learning materials, games and other hands-on media — all geared towards being the best leader they can be.
