Student Advisory Board

The College of Business Student Advisory Board serves as the eyes and ears of the business student body in order to enhance the effectiveness of the College, attract students to the College, and continue to foster cooperation between business faculty and students. It is run by business students for business students and is under the guidance of faculty members and the advisement counselor.

During the regular semester, the Student Advisory Board organizes various activities that include alumni as well as current business students. Some of these activities include alumni serving as panelists on a variety of topics such as employment strategies, what employers look for when interviewing a typical Embry-Riddle College of Business graduate, and other topics of current interest. Some of these activities take place in conjunction with the annual visit of the Industry Advisory Board of the College. That Board is composed of executives hailing from aviation/aerospace and other industries, many of whom are alumni.
