Mr. Castro has spent over 10 years working in the aviation industry in his native country of Venezuela as well as in the United States. His background includes not only airport and airspace operations planning and analysis projects but also airline maintenance operations and planning.

Todd Waller was awarded an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army in October 1988. Todd then attended Embry-Riddle, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Studies and a Master of Aeronautical Science specializing in Operations which was completed in May 1996.
