Student Clubs and Organizations

There are several active clubs that are housed in the department, or are related to Engineering Physics. A partial list follows.

Society of Physics Students - SPS

This group consists of students (and faculty) who are interested in all aspects of physics. They hold liquid-nitrogen ice cream parties, and visit high schools, among other activities.

Sigma Pi Sigma

This is the national physics honor society, whose members are elected because of their high scholastic achievement.
