The College of Arts and Sciences is an exciting place to be.

The ever-evolving academic programs, diverse faculty, state-of-the-art facilities, and bright enthusiastic students are all part of an outstanding learning environment. Our faculty, over 140 strong, are leaders in their fields and consistently recognized for their outstanding research and teaching.

COAS is a diverse learning community consisting of four academic departments and three ROTC Units. Student success is our only goal, so students are encouraged to participate in numerous cooperative learning experiences, industry internships, student clubs, and undergraduate research projects to enhance classroom work with real-world experience and applications.
