Human Factors

The Department of Human Factors and Systems is proud to offer 3 minors to accompany any major on campus. Our minors provide specialization in traditional Psychology, in the unique science of Human Factors, and the brand new and thriving Aerospace Life Sciences.

Aerospace Life Sciences Minor Curriculum

The Aerospace Life Sciences minor will prepare any student in any discipline for a career in the biological applications of their major. Hence, a student will be prepared for advanced degrees or careers in health care, biophysics, bioengineering, biometrics and biopsychology, to name a few. Students may earn a minor in Aerospace Life Sciences by successfully completing the three specified courses and any additional courses from the list; totaling 16 credit hours.

Psychology Minor Curriculum

Students may earn a minor in Psychology by successfully completing the three specified courses and an additional two courses from the list; totaling 15 credit hours.

Human Factors Minor Curriculum

Students may earn a minor in Human Factors by successfully completing the two specified courses and an additional three courses from the list; totaling 15 credit hours.
