Information Technology Frequently Asked Questions
- Does my student need a personal computer at school?
There are many computer labs on campus; some open 24 hours. A computer is not necessary but is often more convenient than walking to a lab every time your student needs to use a computer.
- How does my student get access to ERAU Online?
Each student has a private ERAU Online web portal powered by Blackboard. Through this your student can access many different university services, e-mail, and course links. Many instructors use this to communicate with students outside of class. Your student should check their page daily for important information.
- How does my student get their email address/password?
Information will be sent to your student prior to their arrival on campus. If it is not, Information Technology professionals will be available during Orientation to give this information to you and your student.
