Aircraft Fleet

Diamond DA42 L360: Diamond DA42s return to Embry-Riddle for multiengine training.

Cessna 172: This is our main training aircraft and is used for all single-engine courses. We have 41 C172s. All of them feature the Garmin G 1000 glass flight deck. Our Cessnas are fully equipped with the latest devices such as color GPS displays and the automatic dependent surveillance broadcast (ADS-B collision-avoidance system).

Piper Arrow: These single-engine complex aircraft have all the advantages of the Piper Seminole in a single-engine airframe. All seven of our Arrows are fully equipped with the latest devices (color GPS displays and ADS-B system).

Decathlon: Embry-Riddle offers airline standard upset training in the fully aerobatic Decathlon. This two-seater allows highly standardized instructor pilots to teach students the fine art of recovery from unusual attitudes.
