Safety Science

The Safety Science degree is designed for students interested in obtaining a strong safety foundation. The goal of the degree is to produce graduates who are skilled in providing safety expertise in a variety of aviation, aerospace and other occupational settings. 

This program will produce professionals who are skilled in providing management expertise, and who can provide technical guidance in compliance issues involving Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT) and health, hygiene and workplace standards.
