The NPRM briefing is given by Dr. Tim Brady - Dean of the College of Aviation on the Embry-Riddle, Daytona Beach Campus - and concerns the proposed changes to the certification and qualification requirements for first officers in Air Carrier Operations.  In the presentation, Dr. Brady explains the proposed changes to the rule and how it will affect students attending Embry-Riddle.  Additionally, Dr. Brady shows how to post comments to the FAA on the proposed rule, and gives his suggested responses to the FAA’s NPRM questions.
