Worldwide Campus Students
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's I.D. card is available to all faculty, staff and active students. A personalized I.D. with a picture can be made if you provide a passport-quality photo with the application (required for staff and faculty). Students can also receive the I.D. without a picture, personalized with name and Colleague I.D. number on the front. The EAGLEcard is valid for two years from date of issue for all Worldwide Campus students.
Employees
Employees may obtain their EAGLEcard through the EAGLEcard center. However, before a new EAGLEcard can be issued, the employee must ensure that the Human Resources Department has appropriate documentation to verify employment.
Vendors and Visitors
The University department responsible must send a representative to accompany the person to the EAGLEcard center.
