FERPA Privacy Statement
Release of Student Personal Information
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, protects the privacy of each student's educational records, and limits access of the information contained in those records. The University is bound to this regulation and cannot release any information without a FERPA form filled out and signed by the student.

- The Dean of Students Office mails the FERPA form to your family approximately one-month before Orientation.
- You can pick up a copy of the FERPA form during Orientation from the Dean's office, located on the second floor of the John Paul Riddle Student Center.
- Download the Student Request to Share Information (FERPA) form.
