Due Dates and Payment Options

All tuition and fees are due 10 days prior to the first day of class

  • Summer A payment must be received by April 30, 2012
  • Summer B payment must be received by June 18, 2012
  • Fall payment must be received by August 17, 2012

Late registrations require full payment immediately. 

Payment Options

A Financial Agreement and Disclosure must be on file (sent to all incoming freshmen) at the Student Accounting/Cashier's Office. The Financial Agreement and Disclosure designates to the University how you will be paying your tuition and fees. This agreement will remain on file until graduation or separation from the University.

We accept a variety of payment methods: cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks in U.S. funds. Pay by phone (credit cards only): 386-226-6285.

When paying by mail, please allow sufficient time for payments to be delivered. Returned checks are subject to a $50 service charge. (If the check was for tuition, re-payment is due within 48 hours to avoid cancellation of classes) Payments made by mail should be addressed to:

Paying for Flight

The University uses a cash basis payment method pay-as-you-go (PAYG). Under the PAYG system, the actual cost of services used will be calculated and paid for immediately following each flight, simulator or oral training session at Flight Operations. Methods of payment available to you include:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • EAGLEcard

Also, if you have approved financial aid, you may use all aid in excess of tuition, fee and room and board costs to pay for training until the aid is credited to your account.

Remember to plan ahead and get all of your finances in order to be certain your class schedule is activated. Your class schedule will only be held until the activation/payment deadline (see schedule above). After the activation/payment deadline has passed, payment will be due immediately upon registration.
