A limited number of discounted parking passes will be available for $3 from ERNIE Central (located in the Student Union) beginning November 5th. Advanced passes are not required. Guests can pay for parking on the day of the ceremony (CASH ONLY). Normal parking charges on the day of graduation will range between $5 and $10. Please note, the Ocean Center parking attendants will collect parking passes as you enter the garage. There will be no refunds on unused parking passes.

Students will enter the Ocean Center through the East Side (facing A1A) at 8:00 a.m. for check-in and line up in the Atlantic Room.

Family, friends, and guests will enter through the West Concourse (Earl Street, directly across from Daytona Lagoon and the parking garage). Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. No tickets are required for entry, and seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Saving seats, however, will not be permitted.

Reserved Seating

Graduation tickets are not required for general entry to Embry-Riddle’s Commencement ceremony. Nevertheless, there are a limited number of reserved seats available. This seating will be located in Sections 103 or 120 (risers not floor seating), directly to the right and left of the stage. A map has been posted below for reference. Guests must be able to navigate stairs in order to get to these seats. Therefore, anyone in need of accessible seating may have difficulty accessing them. Those in need of accessible seating should check in with an Ocean Center usher at the entrance to the arena floor on the morning of the ceremony. Up to four guests may accompany those in need of accessible seating to the limited floor seating section. NOTE: The reserved seating is not floor seating. The seats are located in risers. Upon arrival to Section 103 or 120, kindly provide your ticket(s) to the Embry-Riddle staff member on duty.

Tickets for the Fall 2018 Commencement ceremony are now available online for purchase.  NOTE: Purchases must be made by noon on Friday, December 14th.
