There are a limited number of reserved seats available. This seating will be located in Sections 103 and 120, directly to the left and right of the stage. A map has been included below for reference. Guests must be able to navigate stairs in order to get to these seats. Therefore, anyone in need of accessible seating may have difficulty accessing them. Graduates, family, and friends are encouraged to park in the Ocean Center parking garage, just north of the Ocean Center. Parking passes will be on sale at the Student Financial Services Office (located in the Tomcat Annex, Modular 30-1) starting November 5th for $3 per vehicle. NOTE: There are a limited number of discounted parking passes available. The length of the ceremony is ultimately dependent upon the number of graduates who participate. However, it should conclude by 1:30 p.m. at the latest.

Grad Images will be taking pictures during the ceremony. They take pictures of the graduates as they cross the stage and receive their diplomas. After the ceremony, Grad Images will e-mail the student a proof for you to decide if you would like to order a professional copy. If you do not receive a proof of your graduate's picture, you may contact Grad Images directly.

If you are planning to walk in the Fall 2018 Commencement Ceremony or run for Senior Class Council, you should attend one of the two graduation meetings. These meetings will be held in the Center for Faith and Spirituality at 6:00 p.m. on September 18th and September 19th.
